Scope of Project

The Sack Company performed complete HVAC installation required for the $7.853 million renovation and expansion of the Foy Fine Arts Building, now named the Foy Building. The Sack Company removed, remodeled, expanded, and installed all existing HVAC systems for the Foy Building at Georgia Southern University.

This expansion has added 3,599 square feet to the building. The extension and renovation of the Carol A. Carter Recital Hall, inside the Foy Building, now seats 287. Larger seating capacity will enable Georgia Southern to host larger performances.

The reinvented Foy Building now houses the administrative offices of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences as well as the Department of Music.
