Machinery relocation from Grotezenber, Germany to Reno, Nevada

This project required SCM, Inc. to dedicate many hours of pre-planning and trips to Germany to set-up the lifts and cranes that would be required to accomplish the task of removing, disassembly, and load out of the machines. Our crew was on-site in Grotezenberg for 22 straight days working long hours to minimize the down-time of the machines and also offset the cost of working out of the country. We then received these machines in Reno, Nevada and did a turn-key installation, which included unloading, setting in place, leveling, aligning, and installing all required electrical, mechanical, and control systems. All the owner had to do was push a button to start up the machines.
